Video project critique

When we critiqued my video in class we learned that my video used a little too much music in the background that didn’t exactly make total sense to my “pregnant pause”. Overall, it was said that my video was well edited and it made sense, just a few minor changes could really enhance my video. I also learned that it was a good move to use past icons like Roadrunner and Woody Woodpecker to portray the element of speed. Someone also suggested using some other iconic elements like Redbull’s slogan Redbull gives you wings”.

For the final I decided to not do much in terms of editing my current fieldwork since I already wasn’t far off. So, all I had to do was put in more iconic themes of speed while adding my own shot videos. For my shot videos I decided that since I am always rushing around on a longboard that it would be best to shoot my videos of me riding it.
